Punjab Needs immediate attention on the issue of "SAVING EVERY DROP OF WATER " the reason is declining of Under Ground Water Table Level in the Kandi Area in the Foot Hills of Shivalik Mountains Range . The Malwa area of Punjab in the past had witnessed Water Logging , upsetting the Agriculture Sector as the Water was equal to the level of Agriculture Land upsetting the prospects of the Agriculturists . But the sincere efforts at that time by the Government of Punjab , preventive measures were adopted to set the aside the problem of Water Logging which resulted to positive results in future . Similarly in Punjab the need of time is to educate the Agriculturist towards "CROP DIVERSIFICATION ' and Planting of New Sapling to make "PUNJAB GREEN "
