Punjab needs a New Agriculture Policy focusing on "Crop Diversification " . As it is the need of time for the Agriculture Department to educate the Farmers towards "Crop Diversification ". The Scientists from Punjab Agriculture University and from other Universities should organize Seminars to educate the Farmers and take the samples of the Land to find out which crop can be produce more yield and financially better the economic condition of the Farmers . Second Green revolution is the ultimate goal and to achieve the goal of Second green revolution Collective efforts to educate the Farmers is the need of time specially in the Kandi area where Deep Tube wells have ultimately paved way for the Second Green Revolution .
