HAS CHINA BEEN SINCERE TOWARDS ITS COMMITMENTS IN THE PAST ? 
China have never been sincere towards its commitments with the neighbors . May be in 1962 when a Slogan "Hindi Chinni Bhai Bhai " aired through out India but China's role is known to every body in 1962 or at present the sensitive issue of DOKLAM where the Indian Army is keeping surveillance on the Safety and Security of Bhutan . India have always tried its best to maintain Peace and exchange of commerce and trade with the neighboring countries to make prosperity , but it is now up to the neighboring countries to extend hand for defusing the prevailing tension between each other may be China or Pakistan . Indian Prime Minister Mr Narender Bhai Modi , Union Minister for Finance and Defence Mr Arun Jaitley , Union Minister for External Affairs Smt Sushma Swaraj are keeping no stone un-turned to defuse the prevailing tension with the neighboring countries , may be China or Pakistan or surveillance at Bhutan Border .
