Why did Capt Amriender Singh the then Chief Minister of Punjab kept mum and did not resign when Central Government made a presidential reference to Hon’ble Supreme Court on the issue of termination of water Agreement 2004 ? Why did Capt Amriender Singh remain silent and did not press upon the Congress Government at the Center for the enforcement of the termination of Water Agreement 2004? Thus it is consequential that the resignation of Capt Amriender Singh from Parliament and Congress M.L.A.’s from Vidhan Sabha is Political gimmicky. B.J.P. Punjab will leave no stone unturned to safeguard and protect the Interests of Punjab.
