Yesterday I read a News in the Newspaper that the Northern Railway will be starting a new Train between Ferozepur- Jalandhar- Jammu -Udampur -Katra . and similarly back .Earlier last year a Passenger Train was introduced between Jalandhar City-Pathankot-Katra and back on the same Day . As it was fast Passenger Train the Rail Fare of this Train was quite Less then the Express/ Mail Trains , the most benefited was the common man . The Train services were terminated after successful running of the train for few weeks . A number of Representations were forwarded to the Union Railway Minister Mr Suresh Prabhu and even I had written on the Wall of the Face Book demanding restoration of the Train . As now the Northern Railway has made the proposal for a Train between Ferozepur- Jalandhar- Pathankot-Jammu- Katra the Train introduced should be Passenger Train so that the common man can enjoy the facilities in less Rail Fare to Katra to pay their obeisance at Mata Vaishno Devi Temple
