DEPUTATION OF SENIOR CITIZENS AND B.J.P. LEADERS APPRISED OF INTRODUCING OF NEW TRAINS IN PUBLIC INTEREST BETWEEN KATRA-AMRITSAR-NANDED SAHIB ,AMRITSAR-MUMBAI
Yesterday a deputation led by senior citizens and Senior B.J.P. Leaders in which Mr Prem Bhardwaj m Chaman Lal Sharma , Rinku Puri , Mr Niranjan Dass B.J.P. Mandal No 5 President Mr Jawahar Sood , General Secretary Mr Vijay Kalia , B.J.P Mandal President Mr Arun Khurana , Mr Rajesh Jain and others apprised me to take up the matter with the Union Railway Minister Mr Suresh Prabhu regarding introducing of new Super Fast Train between Katra-Amritsar-Nanded Sahib ( Daily ) and back and similarly a new Super Fast train between Amritsar- Mumbai ( Daily ) and back daily and a new train Shatabdi or Jan Shatabdi between New Delhi-Amritsar ( Daily ) and back . As the deputation said that at present all the trains running between Amritsar- Delhi like Shatabdi Express , Amritsar-Nanded Sahib Super Fast ( Sackand Express ) , Amritsar- Mumbai Golden Temple Express are already having long waiting lists . I have assured all of them that soon I will be writing letter with fresh proposals to the Union Railway Minister Mr Suresh Prabhu .
