"NATURAL CALAMITIES " CANNOT BE PREDICTED BUT WHEN OCCURS CREATES GREAT DEVASTATION AND UPSETS THE COMMON MAN .................... Natural Calamities cannot be predicted may be Excess Rains , Floods , Storms , Hurricanes but creates atmosphere of great devastation after it occurs and upsets the common man . "Natural Disasters Management Committees" are constituted at National , State and District Level and even though they play effective and positive roles during Natural Disaster , it is the Administration which extends reliefs to the effective . Even though Natural Disaster Funds are being generated by the Union and State Government's and dispersed through Natural Disaster Management Committees , the need of time is of cleaning of choked drains , Plantation of New sapling and to check the level of pollution time to time .
