Indian Diplomats have time to time raised voice against Pakistan on boosting and sheltering Militancy , Terrorists and Terrorism . Punjab had also faced the heat of Militancy in Eighties to Nineties as the neighboring country had tried to destabilize the unity and integrity but it was the brotherhood among the masses that suppressed all the evil designs of the Neighboring Country Pakistan . Prime Minister of India Mr Narender Bhai Modi Point of view on Terrorism , Militancy in the recent BRICS summit which upsets the all around development of the country , succeeded in his diplomatic strategy on the highlighting issue of Terrorism sponsoring neighboring country .
