Yesterday a deputation from Rama Mandi , Dakoha , Birringh met me and apprised me of the various Problems faced at Jalandhar Cantt Railway Station . They requested to install Coach position and Train Number Display Boards , Installation of R.O. Drinking Water Machines , 24 x 7 Hours Cafeteria , More Waiting Rooms and to construct new Rooms for the Passengers for their stay . As apart from this the Railway Shed at Platform Number Two and Three be extended both sides . As I listened to their proposals and assured them to forward it to the Union Railway Minister Mr Suresh Prabhu ji and D.R.M Northern Railway for appropriate action please at the earliest . Similarly I have been apprised for installation of Coach and Train Number Display Boards at Jalandhar City Railway Station on platform Number one , Two and Three .
