A Deputation yesterday evening met me and apprised me of the problems faced by Railway Passengers who are to board their Train at Jalandhar City . They said that few Years back Coach Number and Train number indicating display boards were available on Platform No One and Two .As What happened they were removed , As the need of time is to get installed the display Boards on Plat Form Number one and Two , Similarly they demanded for accelerator along with the Stairs to cross from Platform Number One to Two .I assured them that this are the genuine demand and I will certainly take up the matter with Union Railway Minister Mr Suresh Prabhu Ji , D.R.M. Northern Railway and Mr Arunesh Mishra .
