Yesterday a deputation of B.J.P. Leaders met me at my residence and they apprised me of installation of Water Coolers at Jalandhar City , Jalandhar Cantt , Phagwara Railway Stations . As they said that the Social Organizations have been debarred from serving Drinking water to the Rail Passengers by the Divisional Railway Manager , Ferozepur . The members of the Deputation demanded that when the Indian Railways will install Water Coolers and Water ATM'S at various Railway Stations ? I was shocked that the Social Organization who are working for the sake of humanity and providing Water and quenching the thirst of the Railway Passengers in the scorching heat have been banned .It is really unfortunate because until and unless Railway ensures round the clock Water in the Drinking Water Taps and installation of Water Coolers , the D.R.M should review his decision and take sympathetic view in public Interest Those present were B.J.P. Senior Leader and Former State Convener B.J.P. Media Cell Punjab Rajat Mohindru , B.J.P. State Executive Member Mr Anil Sacher , Mr Jawahar Sood , Mr Vijay Kalia , Mr Rajesh Jain , Mr Arun Khurana , Mr Arun Sharma , Mr Rakesh Goel , Mr Baljeet Singh and others were present . I assured them that I will take up the matter with the competent Authorities .
