I had taken up the matter with the Higher Authorities which has yielded positive results as today Army will hand over the land to N.H.A.I to carry out development of the P.A.P. Flyover , As from today onward the Construction work at P.A.P. Flyover will be once again be commenced in public Interest , as I had taken up the matter with National Highway Authority of India , Union Minister Mr Nitin Gadkari Ji , I am thankful from the core of my heart to the Authorities of Ministry of Defense , Ministry of Surface Transport and Highways , National Highway Authority of India and Deputy Commissioner , Jalandhar for their sincere efforts .
