I from the core of my Heart pay glowing tributes to Babasaheb Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar Ji on 125 th Birth Anniversary .He was a reformer who had visionary approach towards Social Equality , Social awareness and was a great personality who framed the Indian Constitution strengthening the Indian Democratic set up and allowing fundamental rights to every Citizen of India.
