FOREST POLICY NEEDS RECTIFICATIONS FOR BOOSTING PLANTATION OF FRESH SAPLING
"Global warming" and "Climate Change" are showing their reactions . As in the past Punjab used to have shivering Cold in the Last Week of December and before the Lohri Festival the Cold used to be at its peak with Fog during Early Hours in the morning and Late Hours during Night . The Climate Change will certainly pressurize the Farmers to change the circle of their cultivation in coming Years . As it is the appropriate time that we all should come forwards to plant one sapling and to review our Forest Policy to ensure plantation of maximum number of Trees on both sides of the National Highway which have been axed due to converting of Two Lane to Four Lane and Four lane to Six Lane .It is we to find out the remedies in coming Years to tackle the menace of Climate Change .
