Development is a continuous and ongoing process and whether this development process is carried out by the ruling state government or by the previous government, it is the public who decides through their mandate that which government, be it the previous government or the present government, has done more development work.

सभी मित्रों को सुप्रभात और आपका दिन मंगलमय हो... विकास एक सतत तथा लगातार चलने वाली  प्रक्रिया है और यह विकास की प्रक्रिया सत्ताधारी राज्य सरकार द्वारा करवाई गई हो या पिछली सरकार द्वारा, जनता ही अपने जनादेश से यह तय करती है कि किस सरकार द्वारा चाहे वह पूर्व सरकार हो या मौजूदा सरकार हो ,किस सरकार  के समय जयादा विकास के कार्ये हुए है  I

ਸਾਰੇ ਦੋਸਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਸਵੇਰ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਦਿਨ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਰਹੇ... ਵਿਕਾਸ ਇੱਕ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਚਾਲਾਂ ਵਾਲੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਇਹ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਸੱਤਾਧਾਰੀ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਚਲਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ, ਇਹ ਜਨਤਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਫਤਵੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਹੜੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ, ਨੇ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ।
