Almost every country of the World extended a hand of friendship towards India Economy of the country became stronger and Network of the Roads called Golden Quadrilateral across the country was initiated. Not only me I had the opportunity to work under his able guidance, even my Late Father Manmohan Kalia Former Minister Punjab also had the opportunity to work with him under his able guidance to strengthen the Organization.
