It is the need for Second "WHITE REVOLUTION " and to achieve the ultimate goal of Second White revolution the Government of India should boost Dairy Farming so that in future India becomes the largest producers of Milk in the Global and in- spite of Importing Milk and its Products in future , India itself becomes self sufficient with surplus Milk and its Products to Export the same to other Countries .
