Pakistan have never been sincere towards its commitments .Punjab had faced a decade of Militancy in which the neighboring Country tried to destabilize the Unity and Integrity and Peace in Punjab , It was due to the people of Punjab the evil designs of the neighboring Country were foiled . India have always extended hand of Peace with the Neighbors , may be during the time of the then Prime Minister Mr Atal Behari Vajpayee or now the present Prime Minister of India Mr Narender Bhai Modi's always first priority have been extending hand of peace with the neighboring countries . It is now up to the Neighboring Country to extend hand of Peace and refrain from indulging in playing Proxy war and boosting Militancy
