Pakistan have never been sincere towards its commitments towards India , Eben in the Eighties Pakistan had tried to create atmosphere of Terror in Punjab which was foiled by the Punjabi's due to brotherhood . As Pakistan is using same evil designs to destabilize the Unity and Integrity in J&K . Really it is unfortunate for Pakistan as J&K was , Is and remain Integral Part of India .
