Punjab Transport Department has inducted Fleet of New Buses in its Fleet of Punjab Roadways for Comfortable and Safe Journey of the Bus Passengers , Similarly Fleet of New Buses have been introduced in P.R.T.C. . As it was the demand of the People of Punjab for Safe and Comfortable Journey new Buses should be introduced in the Fleet of Punjab Roadways . As a deputation met me Yesterday and demanded from a pair of A.C. Bus Service between Hoshiarpur- Jalandhar . They demanded that the timings of the plying of the A.C. Bus Service should be the same which was earlier . The deputation said that for plying A.C. Bus Service between Jalandhar- Hoshiarpur route permit be sanctioned to General Manage Punjab Roadways Jalandhar Depot as General Manager , Punjab Roadways Hoshiarpur had halted the plying of A.C. Bus Service between Jalandhar - Hoshiarpur which was successful and Profitable Route . As I assured the Deputation that I will take up the matter in the Assembly and even talk to Punjab Transport Minister S Ajit Singh Kohar and even congratulate him for induction of new Buses in the Fleet of Punjab Roadways and P.R.T.C.
